Shrimp squats should be a goal for any Parkour athlete to achieve. As one of the hardest bodyweight leg exercises there are, shrimp squats are a fantastic test of strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. Performing shrimp squats with both hands grabbing the back leg and whilst keeping the heel flat on the ground translates to superior jumps, landings, and proprioceptive ability.
